Welcoming the Holiday Spirit

The annual tree trimming event was once again a huge hit within our community. All learning partners from Early Years to Year 11 participated in decorating the ISN Christmas tree with festive ornaments.
Each year learning partners are encouraged to bring along an ornament or create one of their own. SY learning partners were given the opportunity to write Christmas messages on their ornaments before hanging them on the tree.
Afterwards, the cafeteria was flooded with joy and excitement as delicious treats and hot chocolate were generously supplied by the P&F. PY learning partners had a great time making and decorating an array of Christmas activities. The event was a great way to usher in the holiday season!

Before heading off for the winter break, our community was happy to welcome back Robin Rothe from Lichtblick, a local charity which supports Neustadt’s homeless population. Learning partners worked hard to create Christmas shoeboxes with much needed materials to help those less fortunate and ISN is happy to give their ongoing support to Lichtblick and to teach students the value of service.
